Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website, send us a WhatsApp at +65 8870 1700 or DM us on Instagram @MaisonDolceSG for inquiries.

How far in advance should I order?
All our tiramisu is made fresh to order, so we require at least 2 business days to prepare your order.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery at the moment, as our tiramisu is freshly made in small batches to ensure the best quality.

How much is delivery?
Standard Delivery: Flat fee (calculated at checkout).
Self-Pickup: Available at Scotts Square, Orchard. Please note that Maison Dolce operates as a home based business and does not have a physical storefront. Our designated pick up point is at Scotts Square, Orchard

Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Deliveries are made between 10 AM to 8 PM. While we try to accommodate timing requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery slots.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
Our tiramisu is a chilled product, so it’s best if someone is available to receive it. If no one is home, it will be left at the door at your own risk.

Product & Storage

How long can I store the tiramisu?
Our tiramisu is best enjoyed within 3 days of delivery. Keep it refrigerated (0°C  to 4°C) at all times and do not freeze.

Does the tiramisu contain alcohol?
Our tiramisu does not contain alcohol.

Is your tiramisu halal?
While our ingredients are halal-certified, our tiramisu is not officially halal-certified.

Do you offer eggless or dairy-free tiramisu?
Our tiramisu does not contain eggs. However it has dairy.

Bulk & Custom Orders

Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
No. We do not take corporate nor bulk orders at the moment as we are a home based business 

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and credit card payments via our website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, as we make our tiramisu fresh to order. However, if you need to modify your order, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to assist.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your tiramisu arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours with photos, and we’ll assist you accordingly.
